My Experience With An Assessment Tool.
I was lucky to attend such a coaching session where the coach provided me a set of 20 questions, which I needed to answer as True or False.

Those Questions were about normal situation handling which we do almost every day. He asked me to be natural while answering the questions. Every question had some points for each answer.

At the end of the test, he revealed some facts, which were unknown to me, but I could not deny those. These tools are truly powerful.
